A new wave of passive (automatic) enrollments are set to begin on June 1, 2016, and will affect many newly dual-eligible individuals throughout the state. Enrollees should receive their 60-day enrollment letters starting on April 1, 2016 and a 30-day letter on May 1. These letters will assign a health plan, and if enrollees do not opt out and disenroll, enrollment into the new plan will go into effect on June 1. Enrollees can disenroll by contacting Michigan ENROLLS at 1-800-975-7630 -- Monday through Friday 8AM-7PM ET. TTY users may call 1-888-263-5897. After this relatively large wave of passive enrollments on June 1, additional, smaller waves of passively enrollment are scheduled to occur each month (July 1, August 1, etc.) and will continue as the program moves forward.
